If winner's card is declined, winner will need to Contact Rachel with another credit card (Bid price+Premium+tax). If winner does not pay within 3 days of auction ending item will be forfeited and relisted to another auction or donated.    Invoices will be emailed to Winner within 24 hours of auction.  (Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see invoice)      Virginia Residents: Contact Rachel if you would like shipping by noon (Eastern Time) on Saturday after the auction.     NON-Virginia Residents: Will automatically be shipped unless you notify Rachel by noon (Eastern Time) on Saturday after the auction.     *SHIPPING will be available with UPS ground for smaller items, items will be marked "Shipping Available." HTG charges Shipping costs plus a $2.99 handling fee, card on file will be charged separately for these costs. Items will be shipped to the address listed on invoice, not to another address. If shipment equals more than $100, signature will be required.    SHIPPING in the United States only, NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.    WE DO NOT SHIP heavy/large items, if items DO NOT have "Shipping Available" winner will need to pick items up or arrange for a pick-up service such as FedEx, UPS or PakMal (703) 583-7304.
