As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide descriptions and pictures of our items so you know what you'll be receiving.
There is no buyers premium. No buyers premium will be added to your purchase.
This is a Hard Bidding (Hard Close)
In a hard close auction, the end time is absolute. If the auction is set to end at 8:00 PM, it ends exactly at 8:00 PM, regardless of activity so make sure to get your bids in early if you are bidding on multiple items. A lot of the time customers like to put their bids in the last 5 minutes of the auction so if you are bidding on multiple items and you get outbid you will receive multiple notifications. To some customers it can be over whelming especially when there is only a minute or two left in the auction. A less stressful and easier way to navigate the auction is put your max bids in early before the auction ends and the auction platform will put your bids in automatically for you for each item you bid on. The amount will only go up if someone else bids on that item over your starting bid. So if you bid $5.00 on an item and placed your max bid at $10.00 and someone places a bid for $6.00 on that same item the system will automatically increase the bid for you to $7.00 so you will still be the winning bidder on that item. If a customer does outbid your max bid you will receive a notification that you have been outbid and depending on how much time is left you may get another chance to outbid the winning bidder. If you are really interested in an item be on your game the last few minutes of the auction because that when the snipers come in to put their last minute bids in.
If you live locally and would prefer to pay in cash for your winning items we do accept that as well. Please reach out to us before the pickup days to let us know you would like to pay in cash so we can have your totals for you when you arrive.
Please bring your own boxes and packing supplies if needed when picking up your items. If you are purchasing heavy items or furniture pieces make sure to bring your own help.
Pick up days will be on January 21st-22nd. 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Pickup location will be on the South hill.
