John McFarland (1939-present) and Barbara McFarland (1939-2023) were pillars of the Manitowish Waters community and the surrounding area in Northern Wisconsin for decades. Known for their talents in artistry and their locally owned cranberry farm, they had made many connections with travelers and fellow artists over the course of their lifetimes.
