We are a locally-owned, full-service estate sale and move management company with years of experience in asset liquidations and resale. We conduct estate sales, online auctions, and full estate buy-outs throughout the California coast with care and professionalism. We are based in San Diego, but can cover projects as far north as Santa Barbara. Momento LLC is a fully licensed and insured estate sale company.

Our caring and professional team will handle every aspect of your estate sale or online auction. We offer a FREE in-home consultation to help you decide what’s best for you and your loved ones. Because our fee is based on the sale of your items, there are no out-of-pocket expenses for you in most circumstances. At the end of the sale we donate or recycle anything left, leaving your home completely empty and 'broom swept'.
