Silversun Estate Sales

We had Silversun Estate Sales do an estate sale for our parents who moved to AZ the first of December. Jill, Nicole and their crew were AMAZING! They spent 4 full days setting the house up like a boutique store! We had the antique room, the Asian room, the doll room, the man cave, the hunting and fishing room along with the Christmas display, the rooster kitchen and the Camera display. Jill then spent 2 days pricing everything.
There were lines of people waiting to get in. They had their full crew working all three days and they sold soooo much! (And there was SOOOOO much stuff to get rid of)! After the sale we paid to have the rest of the house cleaned out which was done in a few days.
This company worked their tails off to make the most money for my parents. They were thoughtful with their items and did not under price things so they could be sold somewhere else for more money! They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company to do an estate sale if you are thinking about having one. They are definitely above board and put their clients first!Linda WenzingerDecember 2023

Jill & Nicole do a phenomenal job. I was on a very tight time frame, and doing everything from out of state, so to say I was stressed would be a huge understatement. Jill got everything together in record time, and stayed in contact the whole time- going over details, sending pictures, asking questions, etc. I had three other estate sale companies say that we didn't have enough items to make money, but Jill worked her magic and the sale turned out amazing. They were efficient, fast and friendly getting my townhome prepped for the sale. The sale was held Feb 8-9 2020 and it was a huge success! Working with Silversun Estates Sales was a complete relief. Their honesty on what to let go of vs. what may be more of an heirloom to pass down was very helpful. The respect they showed our Family shined through in the interpersonal interactions as well as their great organization skills.
During the actual sale, their Salesmanship was evident; walking around talking to customers (keeping an eye on the items) and being thoughtful negotiators, getting us a good amount of money while being open and FUN in the environment!
