Our Services
- Clean Outs – Doing a home clean-out is much more than gathering trash and disposing of it. As we are going through a house we separate the trash, personal paperwork, family photos, and sellable items. All family related items, including photos, diplomas, work related awards etc., will be offered to the family before disposal.
- Estate Sales – There are 2 types of sales we do On Site and Private.
ON SITE ESTATE SALE
An on – site estate sale is done inside the residence and open to the public. We set up tables and display all items which are individually priced. We remove all trash and unsellable items from the home. We place an ad on Craig’s list, post it on our website and facebook, and place signs throughout the neighborhood. The estate sale is conducted over a 2-day period.
PRIVATE ESTATE SALE
This option is mainly used for condos or residences where on site sales are not permitted or parking is not sufficient. In some cases families prefer not to have a public sale in the home. We remove trash and unsellable items and then proceed to meet people in the home on a one-on-one basis. We have antique dealers as well as private collectors to insure we sell your belongings for the best price possible.

We'd never been involved in an Estate Sale and were pleased with our experience with Jennifer and her team. From the initial call with her, she explained the steps and levels of service she and her team would provide.
She and her team did a great job. They cleaned out cabinets, emptied shelves, unpacked boxes, and took care to treat our belongings with respect.
In the end, we felt the sale was very successful and credit Jennifer's experience with making it so.

I had to get rid of all my parent's stuff because of them moving to Atlanta, into an independent living apartment there. Estate Sales of Pinellas made that process easy. They not only took care of the remaining items in the house, but cleaned out anything that was remaining by donating it to charity or getting thrown out in the trash. The house was empty ready for the real estate sale, and my parents made some money. Not too bad!

What a great estate sale experience. My husband and I love to go “EstateSales shopping”. We found Estate sales of Pinellas a month or so ago. They price fairly and the homes are staged with room to walk around and all contents on display. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. We look for them every week now.
