We provide Full Service - set up, staging, research, pricing, selling, marketing, road signs, tables, tasteful displays, and lots of fun!!

A Clean up to the Yard, trimming, etc. can be handled too! Our Handymen can help too!~!

We can arrange for boxing up leftovers for a charity (or other) pick up to complete the process, donation slips, and house cleaning service, if desired, to leave the home ready for the next family.

Always a pleasure and beyond expectations when I get to work with you. This is the 3rd sale I've had Lin and her team do for me. All completely and absolutely successful !!!
3 rd property - Lin has been working nonstop to clean out the house and sort things out. John and his team began yard, pool and riverbank clean up yesterday and are progressing nicely. The property is looking much better and definitely smells better. Lin is shooting for some time later in March for the Estate Sale but no definitive date yet. We want the house to look presentable prior to the sale.
This Fantastic team spent says cleaning out the household garbage, made the entire yard so presentable, staged, researched and conducting a highly successful sale, completely a thorough cleaning of the house, and arranged and packed up for a Charity pick up. My wife and I highly recommend and encourage anyone thinking about having an estate sale to talk with and acquire the services of Lin Stewart and her company, The Great Estate Sales Company. We did and never regretted the decision.
Lin and her company did everything and more anyone could ask of estate sales company.
When we first interviewed with Lin, she brought us, without asking, all kinds of packaging and packing material that greatly assisted us in both our move and preparing for the estate sale. Prior to and after the sale, Lin’s company thoroughly cleaned our entire house. In preparing for the sale, she staged all our items in a very professional manner. For maximum sale visibility, she posted signs within the surrounds area of our house as well pictures of our estate sale items on several medium platforms/websites.
During the estate sale, Lin and her staff strived to obtain top dollar for all of our items. After the estate sale, Lin and her company, disposed of any items that either did not sell or we didn’t want.
