Gigi Rojas (The Estate Venue) was the fifth Estate Sales Company professional that I interviewed at onsite appraisals of the contents of my Mother’s four-bedroom house in Valrico, Florida. She immediately impressed me with her warmth, added professionalism and knowledge level compared to the others interviewed. I called several of her references that night and they all raved about her. As a result, I felt very comfortable to have her stage the estate sale.

Gigi had a short time window as our closing on the house was only two weeks away. So, there wasn’t much time to advertise. Yet through her exceptionally strong work ethic and her strong research skills her pricing accurately reflected the market pricing needed to sell the items. All items were staged for maximum effect and organization throughout the house and the garage. Just about everything was sold.

She reduced the stress level associated with such an event. Gigi communicated extremely well before and during the process to ensure I was well informed. If there was a change from what was first estimated, she called to give her new recommendation before proceeding. At the end of the sale, she put in the extra effort to ensure the remaining items were donated to a good cause and that the house was left empty.

In the end the estate sale was very successful. Just about everything was sold.
We received almost double the sales proceeds estimated by her competitors!
