2. We clean the home and all sellable items prior to the sale.
3. We manage the home during the sale, notify you of our entrance and exit, and secure the property daily.
4. We care for every item in the home carefully as if it was our own.
5. We provide advertising for the sale on this site and via our Facebook page.
6. We donate any leftover items to the charity of your choice after the sale and arrange for pickup or we take the donations and acquire a donation receipt for your records.
7. We remove any leftover trash from the premises.
8. We clean the home after the sale so that it is move-in or sale-ready.
We do ALL of the work for you.
We will leave your home or loved one's property in clean condition which will be delineated during contract negotiation.
We take pride in taking the stress off of our customers during downsizing or moving a loved one into a personal care home or retirement living space.
