We (Dana and Tammy) formed Town and Country Estate Sales out of dual passion for antiques and a love for helping people. Together we possess more than 25 years of experience in the selling, buying and rehabbing of antique, vintage, and modern items. We are dedicated to serving the needs of those looking to liquidate all or some of their (or their family’s) belongings and special possessions due to moving, downsizing, senior transitions, partner dissolution, loss of a loved one, or closing a business. 

We are here to assist whether you are an executor, heir, realtor, attorney, homeowner, or business owner. We understand life changing transitions can be difficult and stressful, whether it is moving out of state, downsizing, handling an entire estate of a loved one, or dissolving a business. Our goal is to truly make the process easier and as stress-free as possible for you. We can handle everything – as much or as little as you would like for us to handle! You decide what is being kept and we take care of the rest. We unpack boxes, clean out cabinets and closets, stage the items and furniture to show and sell better, evaluate and price everything, advertise, and host the sale.

These ladies were amazing. They are professional and sensitive to the situation be it a death or relocation of a elderly relative.
