We offer a free  consultation, no set up fees, transparency, affordable commission and the opportunity for you to be present throughout the entire process.  We have the experience and expertise to price items honestly and fairly.  We also have a wheelhouse of experts to assist us with pricing, if needed.  We ask that you sign a contract and will meet with you to review our terms and conditions.
