Unlike traditional estate sale companies who offer limited services, include in our fee:
Cleaning of items to be sold, cleaning of all flooring prior to sale, pricing, any research/appraisal needing to be done, and staging.
For additional charges, we can provide complete clean out services and garbage removal. We clean light dust off of items to be sold. If the items/item we are staging needs more than a light wipe down, there will be extra cleaning fees.
