There may also be times we advertise on local marketplace pages or in the local newspaper, depending on the items in the sale.
We appreciate our clients and customers and will do our best to make your sale the best it can be.

TIPS if you are thinking of of having an estate sale:
- If you want family & friends to have items, do this before contemplating an estate sale so you know how many items you have remaining. And have them get the items out of the house ASAP so they are out of the way.
-Do not throw away or donate salvageable clothes, food, or cleansers, as we will try to sell everything during your estate sale. Wait to donate items until after the sale! Let us get the most money for you as possible.
-When going through items, do not box them up...as we will just have to unbox them. If they are out of boxes, leave them out of boxes.
-Try to pull out all personal documents and photos. However, if you leave some behind and we find them ... we will set them aside in a safe place and let you know where to find them.
-Invite your friends, neighbors and coworkers to come to the estate sale. (To get the most money and avoid awkward conversations: avoid letting them talk you into selling things before the sale starts. You can tell them you signed a contract that prohibits this.)
