Kansas Estate and Liquidation Sales LLC is based out of Pretty Prairie KS. A family owned and operated business, we began our journey after having a very negative experience with the sale of my own parents Estate sale. Vowing to create a positive experience for others who have to either downsize their own home or are left to the task of clearing out beloved family keepsakes and heirlooms, My goal is to make it a pleasant experience.

We called for my Mother-in-law who was feeling anxious about selling her things but we knew she couldn't move everything with her. Liz met with us and explained the reason why she started her business ( a bad experience with her parent's sale), insured us transparency and communication, and welcomed any of us into the house at anytime while her staff was here. She told my MIL to take the things she wanted and then walk away, she would take care of the rest. That is exactly what we did and it turned out better than we could have imagined. It was a great experience for everyone.
