With more than 20 years of experience, we boast a diverse inventory, from Real Estate and Vehicles to Collectibles and Electronics. Our clients have the option of using our pick up service or dropping off items. As a U-Haul Dealer, we make it easy for clients to transport belongings to our warehouses. There are satellite locations in Potterville (Lansing) and in Saugatuck (Lakeshore).

We are a family owned and operated business located in Caledonia, Michigan. We have been in the on-line consignment auction business since 2007. M37Auction.com opened in 2013 specializing in estate sales, including Real Estate. We are committed to providing high levels of customer service for both buyers and sellers. Items can be dropped off easily at our Caledonia location. We partner with City Estate Services and they will pack and bring your items to our warehouses to be sold. Our clients include individuals, estates, businesses, non-profits, government agencies, and community service organizations. We are also a U-Haul Dealer so you can rent a U-Haul, fill it with your items for sale, and drop it off with us. Eliminate the hassle of an on-site estate sale, Craigslist, or a garage sale.

I enjoy bidding on M-37. Jay & people at pickup are always helpful. I recommend stopping out there & seeing visually what you are bidding on, before placing bids. Only downside is that it's a ways out of the way for some people. Enjoy bidding & selling a fair amount, regardless. Always fun. Never know what you'll find. Great place with awesome people. I've gotten some amazing deals here over the years, and have never had a bad experience during pick ups. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and overall just good people. I've emailed for more details on items multiple times, and they always deliver. There are also two very chill labs that often hang out, and it honestly always brightens my day to give them a scritch.

They also offer Uhauls if you need something to get your new treasures home.

Examples of things I've gotten here: Lazy Boy recliners in like new condition, hardwood and antique furniture, televisions, comfortable office chair, antique rocking chairs, a bicycle, Cherished Teddies collectables, Barbies, tin pop culture signs, and much much more!
