Services the Eclectic Cupboard (EC) will provide:
Please come see us on Day 1. Feels like 1216 great items.
Organize, arrange/stage, display, and price all items to be sold
Provide tables, shelves, and similar items for display purposes as well as display cases and lighting as necessary
Provide adequate staff to work the sale
Arrange for advertisement. This includes, ads in the local newspaper, Craigslist, other social media platforms, and signs placed throughout the neighborhood
At the end of the sale, EC will remove all tables, equipment, and supplies belonging to EC used for the sale. EC does not clean the home.
Unsold items. Disposal of any unsold items:
1. Client chooses to dispose of all remaining items
2. For an extra fee-EC can arrange for items to be donated to a charity (Pack up and drop off) all remaining items after the sale
3. EC will continue to market specific items for sale on a consignment basis Fees and Expenses:
The fee for EC services will be determined at time of consultation.
Various expenses that may be incurred include advertising, garbage, extra cleaning of items, disposal of items post sale
Commission will be due on any/all items we have been told will be in the sale at the time the contract is signed. Once the contract is signed, every item must stay in the estate. (Pictures of the estate will be taken to document the contents of the estate and to be used for advertising.) Client responsibility:
Sale will take place in the home after the client has vacated the property
Client agrees to have all items that are “Not for Sale” removed from the property prior to sale set-up (or place items in a room that will be off limits to the public)
Client and/or family members are encouraged to not attend the sale
Client may be responsible for removal of unsold items as stated under Unsold items
Client is responsible for clean-up of the property
