Brenda came to my home for a consultation. She was super warm and friendly. After spending quite a bit of time in our home going through everything, she informed us we had some items that would be in demand. She also told us that, she could have a good sale on those items. Unfortunately, she didn’t see much else selling.

Instead of signing us up, she said I would be better off selling those items on my own. She even provided a few places for us to contact, and emphasized to not just meet the folks she recommended.

She easily could have tried to broker the sale of those items for a commission, but didn’t.

Brenda Puzio helped to make our situation -- moving my 91-year-old mom out of her home of 60+ years -- successful and smooth. Brenda and her team is super cool and you will not find people more professional, ETHICAL, Knowgeable in the business. She sets rules and than follows them... Its normall the first 10 people that are allowed to go into the house (of course that depends on the size of the house but I think its just a general rule - I have been to 3 of her sales in the past 2 months)

When you get to the sale on the first day (which I always do... I personally want to be in the first "wave" into the house) you sign a list that is normally on a car or on the doorsteep. You have to stay with your car and wait and Brenda normally shows up about 1 to 1 1/2 before the sale and personally checks the list to make sure if you signed your name you are there. This is important since so many people sign their friends name and you dont get into the sale in the order that you arrived. For example Firday I went to a tag sale in my hometown of Harrison NY.... I got there at 5;30 AM only to be number 27 on the list to get into the house. The numbers are gone UNETHICALLY to freinds of the people making the list up.. Terrible and not fair... You avoid this with Brenda - she checks - which again is the first time i seen anyone in the business do this.. I give her so much credit for this... She tries to keep this fair and square.

Her price I feel are fair. Being in the business she has to balance her customer the homeowner with the public and her prices. I think she does a wonderful job and if I ever needed her services I would call for sure. I see the way she handles the people and the homeowners merchandise and she is does a wonderful job...

So I would tell anyone that wants to go to a great sale or anybody trying to find a estate company to liquidate to get in touch with this company / lady... Believe me Im 57 and I seen it all tag sale wise and she is as good as it gets...
