Estate Sale Tips & Guidance!
- Please bring a shoulder bag to carry your goodies in!
- Bring a flashlight, a magnifying glass, a jewelers loupe, tape measure, camera, smartphone, etc. Anything that will help you choose the right items for you. We normally supply these items but it's always best to have your own for quick looking and deciding.
- Snacks, water, coffee, etc. Our sales start early. Nobody can shop on an empty tummy! Please take wrappers and cups with you or ask a sales associate to dispose of for you.
- Notebook, pen, pencil, etc. For writing down measurements, prices, descriptions, new friends phone numbers!
- Business cards. Give one to cashier and network.
- Know that all items are sold as is. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please feel free to image search items, google search, plug in electronics, start lawn mowers, etc.. to make sure everything works. Make sure you love your goodies because once you pay for them they are yours!
- We accept all forms of payment except for checks. So please bring cash, credit or debit cards, or your venmo & paypal info if paying electronically.
- A positive attitude and a smile!
