• Our first meeting will be geared toward understanding your specific needs, objectives, and constraints.  Every client is different. 
• We will recommend and discuss with you a sales strategy.  Not every situation is the same. 
• We will map out a detailed work plan and schedule.  You will know what to expect and when.  
• We advertise your Estate Sale online, in local papers, via email, and on local signs directing towards the sale.
• We will keep you well-apprised of issues and progress throughout the sale.  There won't be any surprises. 
• If needed we can arrange for trash removal and home cleaning after the sale.
