Tim and his staff do amazing work! Forget the 5 star review, I give them 10 stars. Excellent communication, sale items are all displayed nicely and pricing is easy to see, research is done to know the items that are being sold, advertising prior to sale with photos and signage days of the sale make it easy to locate the property. All around great to work with and made an overwhelming process easy with both knowledge and expertise. So very glad I chose H & H Estate Liquidations!!!

Tim and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. My family had a difficult situation of needing to deal with a large estate in Ohio far from where any of the heirs lived. Tim worked with us and our realtor to create a turnkey plan and he executed the plan flawlessly. He proactively communicated with me throughout the planning, set up, sale, and clean out. He worked independently with our realtor so that she could stage and market the house very quickly after his contents sale. Tim’s professionalism and calm demeanor relieved us of so much worry and stress. He fulfilled every promise and went the extra mile to help however he could. I highly recommend him to anyone needing estate sale services. He saved our family months of work, travel, and headaches and got us very reasonable prices for the house contents.
