We are clients of Mike Gunning and his company, Gunning & Company Estate Sales. We recently used his services and were extremely happy with the results. Gunning and company was courteous and professional, they put us at ease. Mike and his wife worked very hard to create an inventory of the hundreds of items for sale and laid everything out in a very professional manner, making our home look like a welcoming store. We would not have been able to do something like this on our own. We had a chance to see Mike and his wife working with the people buying our stuff and were impressed with how well Mike was able to handle the sales. We were able to sell more than 80% of the items that were for sale. In addition, Mike helped with items that didn’t sell and assisted us in coordinating items going to auction.
