Our estate sale services at Burgess Estate Sales are second to none. Our team of experts specialize in organizing, pricing, advertising and handling all types and sizes of sales in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas. With our professional and knowledgeable staff, you can rest easy knowing your estate will be taken care of with attention to detail.
Our Process
Burgess Estate Sales offers a variety of services depending on your specific needs. We begin with a free initial consultation where we will get to know you, and take a look at your property. If we’re a good fit, then we will offer you a contract to sign and then we’ll begin planning for the onsite sale. This includes:
- Advertising the sale in various outlets – Estatesales.net, Craigslist, community bulletins, our company’s email distribution list, etc.
- Removing items that will not be included in the sale
- Organizing + cleaning
- Professional staging
- Pricing (special consideration for high-value items)
Please come see us on Day 1. Feels like 13 great items.
Once the sale is over, we will work with you to settle leftover items (what you want to keep, donate or dispose of). You can expect sale records and final payout within 15 business days.

The founder, Kevin, holds a BFA and previously worked as a graphic designer. He has been involved in the estate sale business for over ten years. As an estate liquidator, he combines his passion for art and design with a sharp eye for value. Kevin brings a unique perspective to the world of estate sales, and takes a hands-on approach to ensure a standard of professionalism and care that is second to none.
