Having an estate sale is not an job. This is even more true when the sale involves the passing of loved ones. Not surprisingly, the impact of losing someone close to you can make even small tasks seem large.

I had considered hosting a garage sale for the belonging in my parent's home. I ran through a list of tasks that needed to be done. I won't lie, I was overwhelmed. How much does this table cost? What about the clothes? The crystal set? How do you keep track of the inventory? How do you prevent a person from coming in and taking things while you're in a different part of the house?

You'll eventually find out, if you don't know already, is that you're loved one's belonging have meaning. It can be difficult to part with items even though they may need to be sold. It can be an emotional experience.

I will always be thankful I chose Patty and her team at Casablanca Estate Sales. Of course they handled things I would have never thought of. They have several years of experience in estate sales, and it shows. We had a very pleasant experience shopping with casa Blanca, from the photos online to her answering questions over the phone, we drove 2 hours with heavy traffic to make it to their estate sale. Arriving we were greeted very pleasantly and we didn't feel rushed even though the sale was about to end .she welcomed us with open arms. We ended up taking a whole trailer load home. We have been hunting and buying antiques for over 20 plus years. Casa Blanca is at our top of the list. Hands down great service. Paty and her team really have their clients in their best interest. Patty is an incredibly efficient professional. She She arranged and managed my estate sale and sold almost everything for much more than I could have sold it for. She spent several days organizing the items in the house and setting up. Patty and her team researched many of the items to get reasonable prices. Her pricing strategy was a bit aggresive but fair. Hello,
I was fortunate to book Patty from Casa Blanca Estate Sale for my moving sale. She is so professional and yet friendly. She understood our needs.
