Coastal Estate Services, llc is based out of Carrollton, VA. Free consultations, no upfront costs and commission based. Sales may be 2-4 days depending on the contents and there are discount days as the sale progresses. Sales are rain or shine, however there would be an exception for extreme weather or illness. In such events, there will be a rescheduled date. We provide event insurance and a fair time for families to remove personal items prior to sale day.
