Unless one has found themselves thrust into having to handle the estate of loved ones after their passing, one can never understand how overwhelming the entire process can be, especially when coping with the loss. Imagine a beautiful home, occupied for more than 60 years, with thousands of collectibles, beautiful furniture, and hundreds of art pieces. Where to begin was mind boggling. Lisa and the staff at Lakeshore Estate Sales took all of the weight of managing the home and property, including the clean out, off of our shoulders. The level of care they showed for the property to be sold and the house, itself, was second to none. Words cannot describe the amount of genuine compassion they showed towards us as well as the level of respect for the legacy of our dearly departed loved ones. We were so impressed with Lisa, who maintained a level of communication, which is
almost unheard of these days, keeping us apprised of the progress of the preparations, cleaning, as well as the sale, with multiple calls or texts each day. Their professionalism was always evident in that they kept us informed of everything they were doing from the beginning to the end. They organized everything for the sale and when it was over we were so appreciative of them finding a worthy place to donate the leftovers.
