ALL Auction items must be picked-up strictly by appointment only, from 12 pm to 3 pm on THURSDAY (April 6th) OR SATURDAY (April 8th).
Bidding Notice: Please be sure to view ALL photos and description for each lot before bidding. Some items may have additional information provided in the FAQ section.
- A credit card is required for registration. Immediately following the close of the auction, the credit card you registered with will be charged for all purchases.
- Full payment must be made at the closing of the auction. Methods of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Payment must be made by the registered bidder.
- This auction will have a soft close. A soft close means, the closing time of a lot will be extended by 1.0 minute if a bid is placed on that lot in the last 1/0 minute. There will be a staggered closing, starting at the noted time.
- All items are sold as is, where is, with no representation or warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
- Any items not removed by the end of the scheduled pickup dates, shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND.
Payment Terms
-When registering to bid, the registered bidder must be the same as the cardholder on file. If the name of the bidder does not match the billing information, your bids may be declined by the auctioneer.
At auction closing, all items you purchased will be charged to the debit/credit card you registered with.
Pickup Details:
-Within 30 minutes of the close of the auction, you will receive an email which includes the following:
1. A copy of your paid invoice.
2. A link to reserve a time slot for pick-up. Pick-up is Thursday (April 6th) or Saturday (April 8th) ONLY from 12 to 3 pm. Please check your email immediately following the auction to reserve a slot.
3. The exact address of the house for pickup of your item(s).
