As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

The Auction closes Sunday, May 7th 9:30 pm CST. Pick up is Monday, May 8th, 2:00-6:00pm in Southwest Fort Worth, TX, 76133. The complete address will be listed on your invoice from EstateSale.net and the email from us, Flipping Your Treasures. If you think you'll need special arrangements contact me before the closing of the auction. Do not bid if you cannot pick up during this time unless we have discussed other options. ***Credit cards are charged immediately following your winning the Auction Item. Please make sure you have sufficient funds so the process runs smoothly. Abandoned items (those paid, but not picked up) are donated to charity shortly after the pick-up time has ended. Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund as the consignor will still need to be paid.

***You must provide all packing, boxes and manpower to safely and carefully remove your lot. All items must be off property by 6:15pm. Once we leave the pick up location we do not return.
