For sale is this pair of 14.5" tall oil lamps with 3.5" square brass bases, 7" tall brass Corinthian columns, 4" x 3" opaque peach glass fonts with embossed shield designs, and 2.5" tall burners with wick turners that have S H imprinted. No other stamps or markings that I can find. This is a great pair that look French to me. Overall lamps are in very good antique condition. Could use a good cleaning. Fonts have a few white specks of paint splatter and brass is somewhat tarnished with age. Corinthian columns are wonderful. Could not find any chimneys for these lamps. The fitter diameter for the chimney is 1.375". Both lamps have wicks. I have not run across a matching pair of lamps like these before. Their size really makes them special along with the peach fonts and intricate columns.
