Artist: John Falter USNER (1910 - 1982) In 1943 during WWII John Falter served in the US Naval Reserve.
For three years he signed most of his work, "JOHN FALTER USNR."
Condition: folded; tape, pin holes, fraying one side border; tear halfway fold; small pin holes on fold corners; pencil on back, tape top margin corners
