You are responsible for removing your items in a timely manner. If after 72 hours from auction end you have not contacted seller you may be charged electronically for your items. If after 5 days from auction end you have not scheduled for pickup your items may be forfeited without refund.

*Please note we require cash at time of pickup as payment for your items. Upon completion of auction estatesales.net authorizes the winning bidder's credit card on file for the amount of the total amount due. It is a hold on the funds, not a charge. Once you have picked up your items and the seller has marked you paid in full, your hold will be removed, and the held funds will once again be available to the buyers account.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. All items are to be paid in cash at time of pickup. After auction ends, seller will call winning bidders to schedule a private appointment time to pick up your items. Depending on the amount of winning bidders it may take couple days before you receive a call to schedule an appointment for pickup. We do not reply to emails. All scheduling is verbally over the phone. Alternately, you may call the seller to set up a time convenient for your to pick up your items. We allow 5 days from end of auction to pick up your items. After 5 days from auction end date any items not scheduled for pickup will be disposed of. You will still be charged for your items if not picked up within 5 days of auction end, or if you fail to arrive to your scheduled appointment and fail to reschedule with seller. Upon 5 days after auction end time, if you have not communicated with seller or scheduled a pick up date your credit card on file will be charged. We offer no refunds. Upon the 5th day after auction end all items not picked up or scheduled to be picked up will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
