All items sold without a reserve or a buyer premium. So, consider that when placing bids. Also, we encourage everyone to bid early on the lots you're interested in purchasing. Estatesales.net bidding system with bid competitively for you if you bid a higher amount. If you bid early the system will show you all your lots in the order they will be ending. Please be careful to make sure you enter your correct bid amount since bids can't be cancelled.
