Vintage Brass Walnut Shaped Nutcracker

Charmingly made to look like a large walnut, this brass nutcracker has the surface detailing of a walnut and a fine patina. It has a strong hinge that opens to an interior with three serrated ridges on each side for nut cracking. The inside of the brass walnut collects all the parts of the cracked nut.
It is in excellent condition with just one green dot of tarnish.
This terrific and unusual nutcracker adds a decorative and unique look to a nut tray or holiday table.

Disclosures: This set is in excellent structural condition with no dings or dents. The hinge on the back works like a new item. (Please see the pictures for details.)
