Pickup DetailsPick up for the sale will be Friday, September 27th between the hours of 2PM and 7 PM. This will be the only pick up time available.

Make sure that you have your own help to load your items as our staff will not be able to assist. Not only does this include additional people, but tools you may need to remove the item safely from the home. This may include, but is not limited to furniture moving dollies.

Please do not bid if are unable to pick up your items during that timeframe.

By bidding on this auction you agree to purchase said items for the amount that you entered in as your highest bid. All items are sold as is, where is. No refunds will be given.

Should you be unable to pick up during the available timeframe you will forfeit your item and it will be donated. We apologize but we are unable to extend the time of this pick up because of the deadline for the closing on this home.

Neither us nor the homeowner are responsible for accidents.
