This item is located in a downstairs room, buyer is responsible for bringing appropriate help to move the item safely as to not cause damage to the house up an interior stairway, there is no outside access. If buyer does not bring appropriate help the will have to reschedule their appointment with a $25. cash fee.

Winning bidder receives an email approx 1 hour after auction ends with a link to sign up genius to book their pick up appointment. Pick up will be on Friday and Saturday May 30th and 31st. There is only enough parking for two vehicles please make sure you can get to your scheduled appointment or send someone to pick up for you before bidding.
Please bring bags, boxes and for breakable items packing material.
