Pickup DetailsWarning Most Shop items are located in a downstairs room and will have to come up an interior staircase, Buyer is responsible for moving and bringing appropriate help and tools as to not cause damage to house. If buyer shows up without appropriate help or tools they will need to reschedule their appointment and be charged a $25 cash fee upon pickup.
Everyone please read descriptions before bidding as all bids are final and cannot be retracted.
Winning bidder receives an email approx 1 hour after auction ends with a link to sign up genius to book their pick up appointment. Pick up will be on Friday and Saturday May 30th and 31st. There is only enough parking for two vehicles please make sure you can get to your scheduled appointment or send someone to pick up for you before bidding.
Please bring bags, boxes and for breakable items packing material.
