Pickup DetailsThree pickup times available:
July 10, 10:30-2:30, July 12 9:00 am - 11:00 am, and July 13, 11:00-2:00. There are no other available times for pickup. If you are unable to pickup during these times please do not bid. Pickup instructions will be sent if you "buy it now" or at the conclusion of the auction. All lots are either on hangers or in bags for easy pickup. All items will be brought to the buyer at the front door, with the exception of large items that require two people or moving dollies. Large items on the second floor will be marked in the description.
We do not have dollies or moving equipment, please be prepared with help and tools needed to pick up and load your own items.

This is an online auction. Each item's name begins with it's location number in the home. All items are purchased sight unseen, as is. We do our best to provide descriptions of each item's condition to the best of our knowledge. All sales are final and we do not provide refunds.

In this sale, time is of the essence and we must get the items out of the home quickly after the sale, so we do not have the ability to reschedule pickup to a later time. If you do not show to pick up your items during one of the pick up opportunities, your purchase will not be refunded, as we do not have the time available to attempt to resell the item you purchased.
We do not provide help for loading or moving items, so if you are bidding on an item that requires more than one person to move and load, ensure you have help available on that day. Please also bring your own moving tools or equipment, if you need them.
