July 10, 10:30-2:30, July 12 9:00 am - 11:00 am, and July 13, 11:00-2:00. There are no other available times for pickup. If you are unable to pickup during these times please do not bid. Pickup instructions will be sent if you "buy it now" or at the conclusion of the auction. All lots are either on hangers or in bags for easy pickup. All items will be brought to the buyer at the front door, with the exception of large items that require two people or moving dollies. Large items on the second floor will be marked in the description.
We do not have dollies or moving equipment, please be prepared with help and tools needed to pick up and load your own items.

Pickup Terms:
This sale is located in a two story home. Most items are packed in boxes or bags and ready for pickup, team members from Jennarocity will bring the items to buyers at the front door of the home. A few large items are located on the second floor and will be marked in the description. There are three pick up windows available: July 10, 10:30-2:30, July 12 9:00 am - 11:00 am, and July 13, 11:00-2:00. A booking calendar Google link will be sent to winners at the close of the auction to schedule their time during one of the pickup windows. There are no other available times for pickup. If you are unable to pickup during these times please do not bid. Any items not picked up by July 13 at 2 pm will be donated and payment for the items will not be refunded. We do not have any more time after the sale to try and resell to another buyer, so it's essential all buyers are serious and understand the terms. The only exception if if you buy an item using the buy it now price at the beginning of the sale and give us a few days to arrange a special pick up time, especially for large items.

Pricing and Fees
Bidders are required to add their credit card as a term of bidding and their card will be charged at the end of the auction if they have the winning bid at the time of close. We do not have reserve pricing in this sale, all items with a minimum bid or higher will be honored at the end of the sale. The highest bid at the close of the sale will be the winning bid. Each item/lot has a buy it now price that will remove the item from the sale. Once a buyer purchases an item using the "buy it now" feature, the credit card funds are captured and refunds will not be provided, even if the buyer does not intend to pick the item up. Funds will be captured immediately upon the close of the sale.
Each item/lot has a buyer's fee of $2.95 charged by EstateSales.net. and that fee cannot be refunded by Jennarocity Estate Sales.
