Buyer will be entering a property that contains 100 plus year old building that have uneven floors, grounds and staircases, buyer will assume all liability for themselves and their helpers while on the property and will not hold Estates Unlimited their employees or the Property owners responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur. Buyers will have as much time as needed during their time slot to move items safely.
Pick up is by scheduled appointment, approx. 1 hour after the auction ends all buyers receive an email with pick up instruction that include a link to Sign Up Genius to schedule their appointment, times and days are not guaranteed so please make sure you can be flexible. Pick up will be on Friday and Saturday August 8th and 9th.
