All Sales Are Final
Everything is sold as-is, where-is. That means no refunds, returns, or exchanges. We do our very best to give you clear descriptions and plenty of photos so you know exactly what you’re getting. Please look everything over carefully before you check out.

Local Pickup Only
At this time, we do not offer shipping. All items must be picked up during the listed dates and times.
We’re unable to offer alternate pickup arrangements, so please be sure you’re available before making a purchase.

Pickup Timing Is Important
Our pickup schedule is firm. We want to respect everyone’s time (yours, ours, and the seller’s), so please arrive during your scheduled window.
If you're picking up something large or heavy, bring tools, extra hands, and the right vehicle to safely transport your items.

Special Instructions for Large Item Pickups
If your pickup will require a trailer or moving truck—or might block the road or driveway—we may assign you a specific time slot to keep things safe and flowing smoothly.
Some sales take place in gated communities with strict rules, so arriving outside your window or blocking access may result in a reschedule.

If you think you’ll need extra space or time, please just let us know in advance. We’re happy to work with you when we can.

We do our best to describe everything accurately, but all items are sold without guarantees or warranties. Please take your time reviewing photos and reach out with questions before you buy—we’re happy to help.

How Payment Works
All purchases must be paid online at checkout using a credit or debit card.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash for online sales.

What You're Responsible For
We kindly ask that all buyers read descriptions and view photos before purchasing. We’re not able to offer refunds if details were missed, so a little double-checking goes a long way.

Entry Details
Pickup may take place at a private residence or secured location. Access will only be available during the posted pickup window—thank you for respecting the space and schedule.

What to Bring on Pickup Day
We’re unable to help with loading, disassembly, or packing—so please come prepared. You’ll need:

Tools (if needed for disassembly)

Enough help to move large or heavy items

A vehicle that fits your purchases

Packing supplies (boxes, paper, tape, etc.)
