Each set typically contains five coins: a Lincoln Cent, Jefferson Nickel, Roosevelt Dime, Washington Quarter, and Kennedy Half Dollar.

The coins in these sets all bear the "S" mint mark for San Francisco.

The 1986 set has one of the lowest mintages of the 1980s, making it one of the more valuable sets from that decade.
