Hoarder house with good stuff, but lots of rodents were there. Prepare to dig, but PLEASE use gloves. Mask up if you're into that. The place is smelly and dirty. That is my warning. Don't expect a clean house...because this isn't it. All that being said, there are some pretty great things to be found here. Clothes, jewelry, tools, appliances (washer/dryer, refrigerator, portable countertop dishwasher), signed baseballs, oculus, drones, Hawthorne village, collectibles, Husky tool bench, Pyrex, 1994 Ford F350 Dually with 460, etc Again, plan on digging for treasure with the awareness that it is messy. You've been warned.
