Hello! Thank you for taking a look at our first of three days of sales! This sale is a ONE-DAY sale, on Friday only. Saturday and Sunday are at a DIFFERENT LOCATION. You can find more information about the Saturday and Sunday sale here: https://www.estatesales.net/CA/Sherman-Oaks/91423/4934460 This Friday-only sale is primarily tools and garage items, with some furniture and assorted household items. There is always more in the sale than the photos show, so come on by to see what else might be there. As we often say...and much, much more! Priced to sell!

If you open the garage cabinet, you'll find a few of the smaller to medium items. Come poke around and find some treasures!

There are a number of tools with cases on the bottom shelves here (a bit difficult to see) with another cabinet and more tools and supplies.

It is a bit dark in the corner, but there are some hand tools to the right of the screwdriver storage (picture center).

The biggest tool seen here is the Enco drill press, or maybe the Craftsman rolling tool chest.

These dressers are a call for furniture flippers, with varying degrees of restoration needed. Don't forget the wall mirror and other smaller items nearby.

Here we have two KitchenAid mixers. Ready for some baking?

There is a "TIKI BAR" sign on the ironing board, a torchiere lamp, and lots of other possibilities in this picture.

It took me a moment to realize the main subject in this photo is a standing radial arm saw. Of course, the extension cords are also worth a look.

Here we have a two-door garden shed, which is great storage for, you guessed it, garden tools.

There are a set of matching chairs that likely need some careful attention, but also a table or three. I think there is a shop vacuum hard pipe showing.
