Christmas estate sale in Modesto

Estate Sale in Modesto August 22-23 Friday & Saturday (7am-1pm). The barn hasn’t been opened in over 25 years. Let’s just say it’s Christmas in August. There were over 85 bins full of items and still more to go through by you in the barn. We have found things wrapped in newspaper from the 1990s. There is a large barn and several out buildings with items. Most items will not be priced by us so it’s make a pile sale. Many items will have very old price tags on them from an older antique store, so you can ignore those....
