Elegant vintage Croton ladies’ manual-wind wristwatch featuring a petite rectangular silver-tone dial marked “CROTON” and “17 JEWELS,” surrounded by an ornate diamond-set case and matching articulated bracelet. The bracelet is set throughout with square and round-cut diamonds in detailed vintage settings, with additional diamond accents framing the watch case. Clasp is marked 4K. Case back is engraved “BBA 6-10-58,” providing a likely 1958 presentation date. Safety chain and fold-over clasp. A beautiful example of mid-century fine jewelry watchmaking with strong Art Deco-inspired styling. Watch winds, is currently running, and has been observed keeping time.
