Our summer sale features a letter from Ernest Hemingway to his typist with instructions related to For Whom the Bell Tolls, a newspaper from 1776 detailing the actions and movements of George Washington and the Continental Army, numerous first editions of important African-Americana from the famous collection of Joe and Aaronetta Pierce (including several signed books), a few early science fiction books from the seventeenth- and eighteenth centuries, early printed works of philosophy, mathematics, science, literature, and several lots of fine bindings and sets.?
