As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Also, you should be aware that most vintage or used items are likely to have some minor scuffs, scratches or discoloration. Unless otherwise noted, wear and tear for any item is consistent with age. We make every effort to bring to your attention what we would view as any material damage or imperfections.

THIS IS AN ONLINE SALE, starting at 8 a.m. on Wednesday 9/10. To purchase: Click to buy, pay with a credit card, and schedule a pick-up. Pickup Details: Pick up by scheduled appointment on Friday 9/25, Saturday 9/26 or Sunday 9/27. (between the hours of 10:00 am thru 4:00 pm). After you purchase an item, a pick-up time will be scheduled. This sale is in a high rise apartment building. There are Two Elevators available. Sale is on the 9th Floor. You will be responsible for picking up your purchase at the apartment on the 9th floor. All pick-up must be completed by 9/27.
Please be courteous to the tenants in the building.
LIABILITY: Buyer is responsible for safe handling/transport/installation. Seller is not liable for damages or injuries during pickup or delivery. You must bring help to move and load large, heavy items.
