LIABILITY: Buyer is responsible for safe handling/transport/installation. Seller is not liable for damages or injuries during pickup or delivery. You must bring help to move and load large and heavy items.

Pickup Details: Pick up by scheduled appointment on Saturday and Sunday September 26th and 27th. After you purchase an item, a pick-up time will be scheduled. This sale is in a high rise apartment building. Sale is on the 9th Floor. You will be responsible for picking up your purchase at the apartment on the 9th floor. All pick-up most be completed by 9/27. If you purchase an item prior to the end of the sales, it will be possible to pick up the item earlier.
