After three decades, the Washington Street Inn of Bluffton, Indiana is closing and the proprietor, a lifelong collector, is retiring and moving to a smaller home. In downsizing, Kathy will be passing along many of of her treasures which have adorned the 1896 Victorian home and made it a local landmark.
