This family purchased 10 acres in Surf Pines in the early 1970's when only 40 houses existed, that number is now 350+. This home and shop were built in 1989-1990 after the owner bought an acre of land from her father in 1989. She ran a nautical themed store in Cannon Beach called "FAIR WINDS" for 35+ years and has acquired a big collection over that time.
