Be prepared for possible specialty timing on moving large items out of the estate sale. This high-rise has new rules for ESTATE SALES and we will be abiding by those new rules. They will allow more people per hour but are limiting the sale to 12 hours only — six (6) hour per day for two days. Please secure your appointment during the hours 8 to 5 by phone or text. Address and special instructions will be given at that time.
One of my favorite buildings for an estate sale!! We will be conducting a private sale by-appointment-only over a two day period under new rules created by the HOA Board. Whereas in the past we have used five days to schedule two to four people per hour, the new rules have us with ten people per hour from 9am to 3pm for only two days. This means you will need to be on your best behavior, arrive only 5 minutes early so as not to clog the lobby AND have more people to “compete” with during your purchasing time. BUT...
